The experience was great up until I was told how much it would cost to have my powder room vanity installed. I really have nothing to base this on except that $500.00 for 4 hours of work seems awfully high.

However, he did promise to get back to me in one week to install a sink stopped unit and he didi not do so. And I don't feel like chasing him around,

Plumber who did work was knowledgeable and seemed to want to do a good job. Asked if I was satisfied and requested a good rating by me.

They were able to diagnose my problem over the phone, so I could fix it myself. That is truly great service, they aren't just all about the money. From now on I will use them exclusively!

The plumber diagnosed the problem quickly, over the phone. When I called back he was here promptly, got the needed parts and had me back in good shape in short order.

He was prompt an helpful. I was very satisfied with his work. I would recommend him.
