Very fast and helpful support

I've been using this company for a very long time. Clean files ie no viruses or malware, easy uploads, customer service is top-notch, and always willing to help with any issue. Highly recommend.

Hi. This is the first time I tried the products and support services from pluginsforwp.com, I want to say that was perfect. I am happy to use the service. Cheers.

They are one of the few respectfull websites in this GPL plugins field. Greatest customer service with issue I had with 2 plugins that required activation. I had technical issue to allow them to login to my Admin to fix the issue, and they were amazingly patient and responsive though it took me about 2 weeks to fix the issue in my website and required many failed tries to try login to my Admin. They seem to be very reliable from my experience. Highly recommend!

Fast and effective support. My problem was solved immediately! Plugin is configured and working again! Thanks

like a scam, i signed up for a month membership. and most of the plugins i needed were listed as requiring a lifetime membership to download. pretty disappointed to see so many positive reviews as i hoped. they advertise pretty well and i was stupid not to look closely at what was going on. and neither should you. never expect to download anything decent there when signing up for a monthly or yearly membership. although the plugins are cheap here i kinda hate being treated like such a clown it was heartening to see positive reviews on trustpilot, and also heartening that less than 5 minutes of use i had to take the time to come here and give this site a one star

These guys patient to customer are unmatched,I was buying a plugin from them then I mistakenly purchased a plugin which wasn’t the actual one I’m was looking for so I contacted them and they responded immediately and helped me through, they discounted the plugin I want to 100% and sent me a link to download it without cost to replace the initial one I bought. They really value their customer.

Efficient customer service, plugin very use full Thank you Eddie
