I bought a plugin, and it didn't work. The seller refunded my money, but i never activated the annual subscription by myself and they withdrew $29 twice for May and June 2026. I wrote an email to support, but they said they cannot refund it. This is not fair.

I purchased the Travel Monster Pro plugin on 02 November 2025. I initially had access for a short time, but the access stopped working completely. The website now shows “Invalid username or password,” and the password reset does not work. I never received a permanent download link, and I cannot log in anymore. I contacted support several times but received no response. Since I paid for a product that I can no longer access, I am now requesting a refund through PayPal. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope others are aware of these issues before purchasing.

Just bought the ACF PRO plugin for 5USD. I've received the plugin zip file and can upload it tó my website, and enable it. But I did not got the PRO licence, so this is a totally unusable purchase. Finally I bought the licence form the official developer Site. Last Time used your Site!

I purchased a plugin with order #468186, but it wasn't pre-activated. I asked for an activation key, and they told me to type in any one, but it doesn't work. I've been waiting four days to use the plugin I purchased, but no one has responded to my email. Not recommended.

like a scam, i signed up for a month membership. and most of the plugins i needed were listed as requiring a lifetime membership to download. pretty disappointed to see so many positive reviews as i hoped. they advertise pretty well and i was stupid not to look closely at what was going on. and neither should you. never expect to download anything decent there when signing up for a monthly or yearly membership. although the plugins are cheap here i kinda hate being treated like such a clown it was heartening to see positive reviews on trustpilot, and also heartening that less than 5 minutes of use i had to take the time to come here and give this site a one star

I Purchased a Theme with Plugins in this website as a single purchased which is described to be assisted even with the updates at first the support activated it and after few days the theme which i buyed updated its terms and asking for a verification code and when i asked the support for the same They were saying that they could activate it only if I buy the Lifetime plan in this website which is of 200$ which is a complete waste of my time and money that i invested before Complete piece of shit for this way of scamming people

It is a Scam, I bought a service from them before, and after this, they continued to charge me every month 29$ without my permission for two months, even without sending me renewing email, I am really upset

Plugin doesn’t don’t work as intended. Simple refund request sent… nothing but runabout questions in return… still waiting for refund!!
