P & M has delivered a high quality product as scheduled and as promised at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who requires high quality lawn services or landscaping needs. They are reliable, trustworthy and do a fantastic job of keeping the customer informed of the status of the service they provide.

Pretty good service. Had a few problems as to be expected. IE. leaving the gate open so my dogs got out and one time service was not performed to standard. But pretty good overall.

Almost every visit has been delayed due to scheduling issues

i used them twice. they never showed both times and i had to contact them to send someone out. they refused to tell me, when i asked, how much time i should expect to wait after they set a date to mow my lawn. each time i waited 5 days after the set date and then contacted. they were able to send people out the same day. so i'm assuming they don't check to see if a job is done until you call to complain. if you don't care about how often you get your lawn mowed they are fine. the person who actually came to mow did a good job and i have no complants about that. but would not recommend

I ordered services through Plowz and Mowz several times last year. Each time they were significantly delayed from their quoted time and one time they did not show up at all. The app is a great concept and would be very useful if properly executed.

They are fine if you are a homeowner with 1 lawn and one driveway. They are not currently suited for the breadth and scope of work they tend to seek, or for multiple locations.

They always do a great job!

This is my first year using this service. It's inevitable that some minor issues may occur with whomever is conteacted to do my service, however, anytime I expressed any displeasure, or even if they needed to change a service date, they have promptly contacted me to either rectify an issue or offer alternatives to correct one. I am verry happy with the services provided through Plowz and Mowz.
