Only did half of the job but was only going to reimburse quarter of it and never did after repeatedly contacting them ... they would repeatedly say it would be within the next 10 days never got it

On time and job well done

Used to be good. Prices went up from last year. I can find someone local to mow lawn for $20. Multiple rebookings due to “equipment issues”

Convenient and simple to use in many respects.

They don’t come at the scheduled time and have continued to reschedule consistently. Unimpressed

I've been having my driveway plowed since 2017. In 2019 I added lawn mowing. Providers go the extra mile, and I've not had one bad experience in any way. Reasonably priced for the services, and flexibility where needed. Although most transactions occur online, you can call and speak to someone and get friendly help any time. I am SO HAPPY to have found this company!

Please be aware that the company does not accept any responsibility for the quality of service from their providers. It is there in the small print, and I understand that it is a compromise you make for the convenience of scheduling one-offs. (You are welcome & encouraged to take up issues with the provider directly - if you can get their contact information.) I experienced poor customer service from Plowz & Mowz following up the damage done to my property. Spoke with and emailed several different contacts, each expressed concern & promised to get back to me with action. Those promises were not followed up, and when reaching out again I had to explain from the beginning. It seemed that there was no record of the details of my previous phone calls or written complaint. It is a great concept. And valuable if you are in a jam & willing to roll the dice on a provider. I've used happily without issue for 3 years. Unfortunately, once there was a problem, the response was poor.
