They are a scam. They don't pay their service providers. They owe me money.

5/28/2026, I received a email regarding hauling. I contacted them for an estimate. I never received an estimate and did not talk to anyone regarding what I wanted hauled after numerous emails. They had my credit card on file because I used them last year for snow plowing which was also terrible. They charged me $272.00 after many emails asking what did they haul and photos of what they hauled which they always promise. Of course no photos. You will never talk to a real person, it is all AI. You will never receive a full name always fake first names. You will receive generic emails that do not say anything regarding your complaint. After reading all of their negative reviews on google, I found out they do not pay their vendors either.

If there was an option for zero stars, that's what I would leave. Do not use this service. They do not pay their contractors. They owe my husband and his business partner thousands of dollars for unpaid plowing jobs that they have completed. Please read the reviews from contractors. You are paying this company and they are keeping the money for the work that these contractors are doing. They are criminals.

If I could I would give them a zero star they do not pay the contractors doing the work then won’t even message back do not work for this company or use them to find you a contractor we need enough of us to file lawsuit

No one showed up, at all. Needed my lawn to be mowed, so I placed an order. The first time I waited a couple days and no one showed up. I canceled because no one did and did it myself. The second time I tried to do it again and no one showed up, I waited a WEEK. The third time I ordered it, sun was shining, no rain in the forecast. I messaged customer service and they replied “your provider is having issues with their vehicle and will get it first thing tomorrow morning” you could of told me that before Don’t use this company

They DO NOT PAY CONTRACTORS. This is a company operating by robbery. Disgusting behavior. We all need to band together for a class action lawsuit against them. Unbelievable!!!!

The don't perform the requested service nor do they respond when messaged or called. They have my money and I cannot get a refund.

Horrible. Repeated horrible experiences. You would have thought I learned after the first three times of them not be able to deliver a service. Most recent - I placed an order May 1st for a mow. My job was assigned with one two hours to be completed by May 3rd. It was not completed. I messaged on May 6th. They said they would check on it. Heard nothing. I messaged again on May 8th. They responded that someone will be out May 9th. No one showed up May 9th. They respond to my message on May 10th saying the will reach out for ETA. I shared that I need it done by the 13th because I have family coming in town and outside activities in the yard planned. They responded that they will find someone “ASAP.” I hadn’t heard back. I reached out again May 11th in the afternoon. They said that they see it’s been assigned and they will check ETA the next day. I shared with them my frustration and reminded the due day. After all, it’s already been 11 days and no one follows up until I reach out and the response is simply.. I’ll check. On May 12th when I checked in they said that the partner responded May 11th that they would be there the afternoon of the 12th. I waited until 5pm. No one. I messaged again. Due date is the following day. They messaged that “it looks like the partner lives the job to tomorrow (13th). I said ok but can you confirm they will be here by noon then. They responded back confirming that. Wellll the 13th came. Again no one. They responded saying they will find someone else. We are on the third reassignment now. They stopped responding to me. I saw it said someone was assigned at about 5pm. I asked for time. No response. At 8pm I told them to cancel. I ended up using Angie’s list and got a great company that called me directly to talk and was able to do first thing in the morning. They showed up. Did great job. Never again will I use PLOWZ and MOWZ for anything!!! 100% unreliable. Looks like from the reviews that they don’t pay the guys timely either - so I guess why would anyone care if they didn’t show up to their assignments. Ugh!
