I recently purchased a TV stand from Plow & Hearth, and while the item arrived with damage to both the shipping box and the product itself (from shipping damage), I couldn't be more impressed with how the company handled the situation. I called their customer service the very next day, and they resolved the entire issue that same day - no hassle, no runaround, just prompt and professional service. It's rare to find a company that stands behind their products so completely and makes things right so quickly. The two representatives I interacted with were courteous, understanding, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was satisfied. Beyond the exceptional customer service, I've also found that Plow & Hearth's prices are very competitive, they often beat their competitors on the same products (and hence the reason I made purchase there).
