Customer for 3 years. Pro's: My friend sold for Plexus and she and her team were always friendly and positive. The packaging is pretty. Cons: Overpriced vitamins. The app crashes, freezes regularly. Difficult to make a change to order. Can only make a return of any given product once, EVER. Be careful on your subscriptions or accidents on your orders. Two packets of slim was $168 w/ the "VIP discount" - an accidental order is costly. Customer Service is just doing their job, this is bad policy from company leadership not backing their product or clients. You pay high dollar for mediocre product and poor service. Shame on me for paying $20 for pink koolaide so sales reps can go on "free cruises" that upper management uses to lure people in, painting "the good life" from Plexus. Grossly disappointing experience.

I paid $150 for … not much. A water bottle that came with it was cheap garbage that started peeling after 2 weeks. + a pillbottle of laxative pills + little jar of probiotic pills. It cleared up a bit of acne, (I think, though it’s hard to say) and reduced the bloating I had. Not worth the $$. Of course there was a SUBSCRIPTION that I had accidentally signed up for, and it took 5 times contacting customer service to get them to finally send a return label. Now to see if they actually send the full refund at the end of the month…

This company is unclear as to what types of annual subscriptions customers are enrolled in. I cancelled my subscription a while back and was charged a membership fee for another 2 years after the cancellation. When I spoke with customer service again after the second charge, I was told for the first time ever that I had an ambassador subscription which was different from the other subscription. I'm so disappointed with the way they conduct their business. Plexus company is burning bridges behind them because there are many supplement companies out there who are great and you may go out of business sooner or later.
