The product was fantastic. The person I chatted with was also fantastic. I lowered 1 star because whomever sets your shipping rates is not being fair to customers who don't know better. I was quoted over $100 for shipping when I knew that was too high even with insurance and the size of the box/product. I used my own shipping account (UPS-2Day) and paid only about $25.

After a rather slow start communicating was fairly effective. It did take a bit longer to be delivered than I thought but Peter advised me of the reason for delay. UPS was part of the problem as they had to switch delivery trucks

Smooth overall, however there were five defects in the plexiglass cause (most likely) by a tool of some sort..........perhaps a drill bit or screw driver. And whoever attached the soft pads for the case to sit on put them on the top instead of the bottom of the case.....so my workers used the display case upside down for the first week. Very sturdy construction. I am very pleased with that. R/D. Sand

The box came and was not broken!

Item was just we were looking for but price of postage was absolutely outrageous—item should have been sent overnight or at least priority mail for money paid. Should not have had to wait so long for delivery st that price. Postage was just a little less than what we paid for the two items purchased. Box was arrived all dented up and in rough shape, but thankfully items were not damaged—not professionally packaged.

The acrylic boxes are well made and look excellent on the shelf. Order processing was good and first part of order arrived perfectly. However, the remainder of the order took some doing to get delivered correctly. Even though there was some mix up in their shipping, the company was persistent and ensured that I received what I ordered. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from Pleximart again. This was my second order from there store. The first experience was excellent.

I ordered two display boxes to protect some of my collectibles, they're well made and great for my needs. They were delivered well protected in several layers of bubble wrap, I think the only way they could've been damaged in transit is if the delivery person pitched the box at my house from a speeding vehicle. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is originally I was only sent one of my boxes, and had to email the company twice before my second box was mailed. They did respond promptly to both of my emails and corrected the error, so I would still shop with pleximart in the future based on my total experience.

Need to offer more secure payment option like Apple Pay or Amazon Pay
