Made a custom order for a acrylic display case. I provided dimensions and a picture of what I was looking for and on the check out page it listed what I wanted. Ended up getting the right dimensions but wrong number of shelves inside the case. I reached out and they offered for me to bring it in to get an adjustment made but it would not have been possible with how it was currently constructed so I just asked for them to ship me another shelf, which they did but the shelf was the wrong size and had no way of fitting in the case. I reached out and let them know about this and I offered them the correct dimensions I needed of the shelf. They said it was shipped, nothing. I reach out again they say it’s shipped and again nothing. This happened over the course of a month. At this point it’s a lost cause and I would have rather taken my business elsewhere. They were the cheapest option but it was not worth the hassle and getting the wrong product. The product quality was good enough but I would advise going elsewhere if you need a custom case made. Update 12/22 : reduced rating to 1 star as the stores reply is a flat out lie. As stated I, received a replacement piece that DID NOT fit so I reached back out to get a SECOND replacement which then resulted in 3 back and forth emails of the saying they sent it and I never received that second replacement. Stay away from this place.

They might be sketchy. Placed my order, got a receipt, so far no order update, when I enter my order number on their site to check on it, nothing!

I had ordered a custom sized box and it arrived within a week and I love it. Now I order a pre-made 6 by 6 a week ago (order #XURUJBSZL) and it's still in processing, not even shipped. How can that be? That's a box that should be in stock. Ridiculous.

I ordered cast acrylic and got warped polycarbonate.

My order was cancelled with no explanation as to why.

The website states that returns are accepted within 7 days of the item's receipt, but it wasn't until after I had ordered that I found out from a customer service rep that not all items are eligible for returns. It should be made clear what is returnable and what is not.
