The peanut butter scent dental chew didn't last 5 minutes, my small chihuahua tore strips off of it immediately and I had to throw it out. They are not interested in the balls at all. Would not purchase again.

I'm sorry to hear this. Our dental chews are not meant for heavy chewers and some dogs just prefer certain scents over others. I'd be happy to send out a tougher replacement for you and to try a new scent if you can email [email protected]!

Worst toy ever..... bought the ball for $17.99 at PetSmart. Thought the peanut butter ball would be great. Our dog loved the ball and the squeaker but a few hours later we had to rush her to an after hours animal hospital as her face swelled up like a balloon and her body was covered in hives. She became very lethargic and barely responsive. She had a steroid shot and a Benadryl shot. So $200.00 later, we contacted KAREN and she denies any possibility that their ball was the cause. This will be posted all over social media..... plus we have a family member who works in PetSmart, we will discourage sales. Please buyer beware!!!!

Hi Rebecca! I'm happy that we were able to speak about this and come to a resolution. I'm so sorry that your dog has experienced this. We still aren't sure what could have caused the reaction taking into consideration that she has no known allergies to peanut butter or rubber and is exposed to both regularly. We work very hard to make sure that our toys are safe; we test all of our toys to US Child Toy Safety Standards to ensure they are free of harmful toxins and chemicals. We also ensure that all scents we use are AAFCO compliant, as there are some foods that are okay for humans but not for dogs. Again, I'm sorry that this was your experience and I sincerely hope that Nikki is feeling better.

I emailed the company and told them, I was upset that I got one of their squeaky chew sticks for heavy chewers and never got a response. Literally within 5 minutes of unwrapping the the chew stick it was in pieces. I can't believe I spent $19.99 plus tax on a toy for my puppy only to have to pick up pieces 5 minutes later...NEVER AGAIN!

I should have listened to my gut. This was super expensive and after just 5 min of chewing, my French Bulldog already has pieces breaking off of the toy and she no longer has an interest in it. Waste of money. Extremely disappointed.
