My 1 year old border collie (35 lbs.) loves playology dog toys whether it’s the dog bones or the balls. I get her the medium size which ends up being perfect for her!! I recommend anyone who wants a high quality product to buy from playology.

Purchased a toy from this company for my dog and within minutes my tiny pitty destroyed it. I was rather disappointed and noticed the company had an email you could reach out to in case you weren’t 100% satisfied. I happened to reach out and was blown away by the outstanding customer service! I was sent a replacement toy, this one being for aggressive chewers. Hands down the best company I’ve come in contact with in a very long time. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I must say, Bandit had no interest in the "beef sented bone" but this review is not about the toy. The customer service goes above and beyond. Without a receipt they honored the fact that we purchased the toy. After several emails (Karen) got to know Bandit quite well. She has recomended another one of their products for Bandit to try free of charge. Once our spoiled Shitzu (Bandit) tries out the new toy I will report back. So our little golden doodle is obsessed with their balls and products. He can smell it and find it and then he's busy for hours. It's really amazing how much he loves it. I'm not over exaggerating. And he picks their products over everything else he has. We started to get these toys to distract the dog from wanting to take the baby's toys.

I spoil my 4 legged baby. Always looking for toys and treats that are safe, healthy and keep her interested. Playology kept their happiness guarantee! I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

I had an issue with one of the playology balls I had purchased for my dog Phoenix. I contacted the Playology customer service and explained my situation. They took my claim seriously and were very professional and understanding to my case. They took the appropriate measures to address the problem and sent my dog Phoenix a small token for the inconvenience. My dog loves their toys so it's good to know they care about our animals safety and try to provide the best product they can. I highly recommend their toys but do be careful when giving your dog any new toy for the first while, or at least until your comfortable enough with its safety.

My dog loves her new toys. At first, I chose one that I thought she liked in the pet store, but when we got home, she wasn't into it. Playology is not joking, when you reach out, they make it right. And now my pup is obsessed.
