I recently purchased the squeaky peanut butter chew toy for my pit bull and unfortunately, he was unimpressed and uninterested in the toy. I contacted Playology and they asked me several questions about his play style and what type of toys he typically likes. They sent me a different replacement toy at no charge and he is absolutely OBSESSED with this one. He chews on it daily and it’s the first toy he picks up to play with. I am very pleased with Playology’s customer service and will buy toys from them again.
