Update**_ after posting my comment that the toy didn’t last as long as I had hoped, karen@playology replied within 1day asking questions on what my dog likes so they could replace the toy for me. Great customer service & I’m very impressed with the product.new toy is on the way in the mail! I got Ace the peanut butter squeaky chew stick. I wasn’t sure he was going to like it cuz he sometimes has no interest in the flexible material like the Nylabone. He also tends to chew off pieces of the hard plastic chew toys so I thought since the chew stick was more flexible & claimed to last 7x longer that it would do the trick. He was very interested in it, but after a half he he started ripping off little pieces of it. I was really upset that it didn’t last long at all, especially since it was more on the expensive side for chew toys. Really wish it was more durable. I had to take it away from him because I’m too worried he’s going to eat a small piece & choke.

PB Squeaker stopped in first 24 hours and replacement sent at no charge. Great toy and holds up to ruff chewer. We have both cheese and peanut butter. New favorites and so much better than tennis balls.

Playology has the best customer service in the world! I will definitely try their products again because I know they stand behind them and will make it right if the item can't handle my super chewer!

My dog loves the playology balls. I got her the purple bacon-scented one at Petco & the red beef-scented one on the playology website. She prefers them over every other toy, and she has a lot of options! She even sometimes entertains herself alone with it by tossing it up in the air and then chasing after it. It keeps her happy and occupied and out of my hair lol.... we love Playology in this house.

I have a sight-impaired dog and these toys are amazing for him. He can work all his senses and have a great time playing.

Your scented balls r the best!

I bought a cheese-flavored ball for my dachshund. (He is the type that destroys a toy within ten minutes.) But he has met his match with a Playology toy. It has lasted and lasted and he LOVES IT! THREE CHEERS FOR PLAYOLOGY!!!

The best balls around. My puppy doesn't stop, constantly wants to play and chew on the ball. It totally wears her out. Also, best customer service when I had an issue with the squeaker coming out of a ball, they were quick to help and replace the defective ball.
