Our dog loves them! 🐾❤️🥰

I bought a playology toy for my Rottweiler. He sniffed it and walked away from it. I got in contact with Karen from customer service and she was wonderful!! She asked a lot of questions about my dogs likes and dislikes and send me a different toy within 3 days. He loves the new toy and is very happy with it. Definitely will buy more toys from them. He is not a peanut butter fan he is a beef fanatic 😂😂. Great customer service!!!

Fantastic customer service! I bought a bone for my German Shepherd and she didn't really take to it. The package said that there was a Happiness Guarantee, so I reached out via email. Received a few suggestions but she still wouldn't take to the bone. Karen offered me a few different choices for a replacement and she shipped me a ball that my dog loves. Great company!

We originally bought one of their bones for my dog and she didn't care for it or the scent and wouldn't use it. I contacted Playology and the customer service was exceptional. I had quick responses and they found out more about my dog and made it right by sending a different one of their toys. They sent my dog their rope and she absolutely loves it! I will definitely be shoping with them again!

We have a mini doxie who is very heavy chewer. Karen worked with us to find something she would not chew up in 15 min. Tried 3 products till we found the heavy chewer ball. PB .thank you so much

Excellent customer service! Karen helped me select the perfect toy for my 11 year Old Westie. He is so happy with his new flavored ball! Thank you again!

I love this company! I bought my new puppy a scented chicken bone which he left and did not play with it at all. Per their agreement I reached out and they made it right and sent us a beef ball that he couldn't put it down from the minute we got it. I call that great customer service!

This product is great. My wife and I have 2 big dogs who are extremely hard on their toys. We got the a bone and a ball about a month ago and they are still intact, which to us is a miracle seeing they have had some toys that are marked as good for dogs who go through toys like treats and they wouldn't last a week. We will be getting more toys for our girls seeing as these actually last.
