I’m sold on Playology!! I can’t believe that this type of customer service still exists. I bought a bone and my dog didn’t care for it. I tried everything they suggested but nothing. Karen asked about my dog; his likes chew activity toy preferences and she determined a type of toy for him. I was sent the replacement toy and my dog LOVED it. I am so happy with this company and will be a customer for life!!

I purchased a ring for my puppy. She wasnt interested in it. I called Karen, like the company says to do. I gave it two weeks to see if my puppy would gain interest. Still nothing! But then...Karen sent her a replacement and she loves it. Thank you for thinking of my pup and making sure she had a great toy! She is SO happy!

Very happy with my dog's toy. I have a heavy chewer dog and this toy is very durable, my dog also loves it. Thank you Playology for the quality and durability of your products.

Great customer service!

I bought two playology toys for my 6 month old puppy and neither worker for different reasons. One she had no interest in at all and the other she loved, but within minutes chewed pieces off of it and I had to take it away. I wrote to Karen to let her know and she worked with me and sent me two toys that are perfect for my puppy at no charge. Great customer service!

We have a Staffy mix who tears through everything! I went to our local pet store to find a new toy for him and came across Playology. I bought him the Level 4 large bone and he was able to tear a small piece off the first day. I reached out to Playology and Karen was amazing! She informed me that there was, in fact, a Level 5 ball that I wasn’t aware of. She sent it to me and our dog hasn’t been able to chew one piece off in almost a month! I highly recommend Playology, and their customer service is fantastic!
