Bought one toy, my dog wouldn't touch it. The company was nice enough to send another flavor at no charge, my dog touched it a couple times that was over a year ago

Hi Karen, thanks for the feedback! If our current scent options didn't work best for your dog, you should definitely keep an eye out for some new stuff Playology has coming up (assuming your dog doesn't smell it first).

My lab puppy did not like any of the toys. Honestly, I do t know why. We tried all toys from bones to rings to ropes, including two flavors- beef and chicken. These were his least favorite toys. We had much better luck with Kong toys- including the traditional king chew and subsequently Kong rubber with soft. I am a small business owner and want to help Also, puppies smell is it advanced ( 5!months now) and is still becoming advanced.

Thanks for the feedback Priscilla! For puppies, we usually recommend our chewy foam toys. We also have some new scents coming for dogs that aren't as into our current meaty scents.
