New ownership is clueless!
Used to be a great company to do business with then was sold to some investment company and they are clueless on how to provide customer service. Multiple mistakes, orders cancelled without notice no communication etc, etc, Took my business elsewhere and will no longer buy from this company.

While we truly value all our customers, including resellers, there are only two of us, and we've had to make the difficult decision to discontinue serving certain resellers when doing so negatively impacts our ability to support individual collectors and enthusiasts.
