Absolutely TERRIBLE! Sold the “ you can pick it up on the to Burning man” - didn’t have the bike I bought -didn’t the accessories I paid for- didn’t have “time “ to assemble even though I paid for it and had to assemble myself - wouldn’t call back- wouldn’t reimburse- followed up multiple times and had to deal with credit card company - BUYER BEWARE

the electric bike worked exactly for 5 hours, and then stop working

The bike completely broke. The first ride I took the chain was too tight and kept popping off every 30 seconds. I had the chain loosened and it then was popping off every 5 minutes or so. Shortly after this the key to the ignition broke off and the power to the moter was not available. I tried to return the bike and was met with rufusal to refund my money. I am very unsatisfied with the product and customer service to resolve the bike failure and refund my purchase as I was not able to use the bike as I had planned.

Horrible experience! Ruined our burn! The bike is a really bad quality and was assembled bad! In the middle of the street! My wife had a huge accident of the first ride at the playa and got injured! We rented 3 bikes and all of them we had major problems! Never again with this company
