Tried to redeem $203 dollars this morning and it said successful but isn’t in my account. I did the instant debit transfer like I always do but this time my funds never got sent to my account. I use the same card as I always do. Matter of fact, I deposited $7 with that same card 10 minutes before I cashed out. 9 hours later and they still aren’t there and the support chat email is trash. Never get a response.

There’s a section on the app that shows different lines then what they really want to show. Ie - I took Arizona at +900, I look at my bet history and it shows the other team for +900. Have tried email and X support, no response after an hour so far. Will update review if they void these bets/ make it right. Update: they made me whole. There’s still a section in their app that will just bet the opposite side if you try and bet. Leaving at 3 stars until that’s fixed. Update 04/14. App fixed. They’ve paid me out consistently. Limited to the point it’s not worth using anymore, but they did pay out.

Far as people saying you can't win, I deposited 200$ lost then another 200$ and won't about 9k, I just withdrew 1000$ with a 1% fee so 990$ via the debt card I used and have 7k as a balance. I thought I was paying the fee for instant payout.... it says 1k max a day cash out so guess it's going to take 8 days to cash out my money. It's been about 6 hours since I redeemed the 1k and don't have it yet. Account is still active with my 7k balance. I will update this as it progresses. Update - I've withdrawn 2k , 990$ twice "1% debt fee" successfully, I now have a 10k balance and I'm still being told I can only withdraw 1k a day, that means it will be 10 days to get my money. I've won total 12k now let's see if there's an issue over the next 10 days of withdrawals I'll keep people updated. It is frustrating that I can only withdraw 1k a day, If I was to continue play and winning another 10-20-30-50k I'd have to wait 2 months of 1k withdrawals ?
