Support is not very helpful at all. If you happen to run into an issue, you would be better suited finding some friends to help you. I had an issue two weeks ago now with redeeming, then my account was disabled, then it was reinstated. All of these events came with absolutely no communication from support, despite me sending emails each day asking for updates. Luckily my account was reinstated because I had a thousand dollars in my account when it was disabled. Now, since then, I get notifications for promotions in the app, but when I click the notification to get into the app and take advantage of the promotion, voila, there are no promotions available for me to claim or use. I first reported this problem two weeks ago now and it has not been resolved. The most I have gotten are questions about my device, which is not the problem as I have tried both the website and the app and multiple devices. So, beware, this site is very hit or miss. If it works, it works well, but if you have an issue, good luck to you.

Tried to redeem $203 dollars this morning and it said successful but isn’t in my account. I did the instant debit transfer like I always do but this time my funds never got sent to my account. I use the same card as I always do. Matter of fact, I deposited $7 with that same card 10 minutes before I cashed out. 9 hours later and they still aren’t there and the support chat email is trash. Never get a response.
