This is a powerful device! I have used one in the past and had amazing results while staying with a friend for several months. SO i am looking forward to using this device to support my healing journey. I have only had it a week, and i loved it. My brother also got one and he said he put the device close to his tooth and after a day the pain had subsided. Looking forward to updating this review.

I was unsure what I needed for an add-on to my existing panel. Customer service answered my questions and my new panel was delivered promptly. Installation was easy and I am enjoying my new setup.

Platinum is the Cadillac of all red light panels! It is the only one that I am aware of that designs the light panels, scientifically. Four of my friends and family have purchased the same as mine. . . . Bio Max 900. It's the best!

I saw quite a few negative reviews here mainly about unexpected VAT charges and poor service, so I wanted to share a very different experience. A year ago, I purchased red light therapy device from a reputable Chinese manufacturer via Alibaba, but this time I chose to buy from a US-based company — PlatinumLED. First, I accidentally completed the purchase while experimenting with VAT scenarios. Their customer service was excellent — they responded promptly, explained everything clearly, and refunded the order without hassle. I did thorough research and liked that they market their products as Class II Medical Devices. They even provide a link to the official FDA database, and seeing their name and products listed there was very reassuring. As for VAT — yes, it’s not included in the listed price, so you’ll pay it when the goods arrive in your country. That’s standard for international purchases and not something I’d consider a fault of the seller. So far, I'm impressed with both the service and the transparency. I bought it again! Looking forward to seeing results with the product itself.

My experience with Platinum LED has been 5 star. I am in England (The UK is a company not a country FYI) and from the initial order of a Biomax 450 making use of the Black Friday sale, I was kept up to date with regular emails from both Platinum LED and the shipper; UPS. It does make me laugh when I read comments from people complaining about ‘unexpected’ import tax and I’m sorry but this only shows a lack of research and/or knowledge on your part. I knew what I duty I would have to pay so it came as no surprise when UPS emailed me with a link to make the payment before the light and stand would be delivered. As for the light itself; so far, so good. Both the light and the stand feel well built, they are ‘weighty’ and I am not concerned with potential accidents even with children around (touch wood). The intensity from the light is a similar feeling to what you get from the sun (remember that yellow thing in the sky we used to see a lot of) at around 6”. It’s early days but I am confident this light will serve its purpose for years to come and hence the 5 star review.
