I am a resident of NY State, and I have been in business for over 10 yrs, and 42 years old. As I have worked hard to grow my business, getting additional funds have always been a challenge. I left a skilled trade to become my own boss, and went from making 50k per year to running a business that in its first year climbed from $1500.00 per month, to over 100k per year. 4 years later (‘11) during the post recession (Google it) I suffered a loss in sales that took 7/8 of my income. To date (now 7/2020) I have had to work using my own capital and sweat to grow my business again. After connecting with Clifford Chan, and his lending associates, I borrowed 15k. I woke up to find I had in one month added a little over $103k to my deposits in 1 month. If you are reading this, it may be hard to believe, but it is 100% true. Not only will I borrow again, but Clifford is now my OFFICIAL financial partner. Our relationship has grown to a point of, us setting goals to not only increase my borrowing power, but establish business credit for my business. Again, this story is 100% true, and I am very appreciative to have met Clifford, and to have him as a resource, as well as a friend. When borrowing from any resource, this is the relationship you hope to establish. I will be able to pay my loan back (early), and borrow again within (to date) another 60 days. Clifford, thank you, you weren’t pushy, or “smooth talking”...just direct and to the point. The company that has you working for them should be VERY grateful to have you, you, you are an asset to them, and have been to me. You have no idea. THANK YOU.
