Great company. Cooper Mayhew reached out to me and I decided to give him a chance. He was able to close on a deal that no other lenders could compete with. Highly recommended.

Clifford Chan was my best friend from the moment he called me. Like to the point of wanting actually hang out one day!!! Andrew Goertzen was on the team and they absolutely rock. Got me funded easier than the other lenders were making it seem. Clifford don’t you ever stop being so friggin awesome!

Excellent experience all around! Clifford Chan made it easy for me to begin the process. His communications were clear, and he was incredibly responsive to my questions. During next steps, I interacted with Brett Sanders who worked hard to get my deal done. As my legal structure was complex, Brett took the time to ask the right questions, understand, and articulate that back to the underwriter. The entire process was professional, transparent, and swift. I will use Platform for future needs and highly recommend them.
