Really tired of this company spam calling me multiple times a day. If you ever inquire about a loan but choose not to do business with them they will continuously call you even after you ask to be taken off call list. And if you block their number they will just call from another. I wouldn't trust a company that does that

Funding Merchant in the beginning they were awesome. They help my company get loans right away. I had paid over 175,000 dollars back within months. I had a client that had stopped paying and caused a problem with me missing two payments. At first Joe and Jorge would answer my calls and emails. I asked for them to help me for the loan companies to wait for two weeks till I got my payments coming back in. Sent them emails, statements, all the proof they needed. Within the two weeks there partners put liens on my banks, letters to my clients. They ruined my buisness was that took me to build 4 1/2 years within two weeks. I worked so hard to build my reputation and it was ruined with there loan partners. I would really think and investigate before working with them.

I would give a zero if I could! After being promised funds within a day or two then after providing everything but our left leg to get the loan we didn't receive any money! As a matter of fact, the underwriting department they sent our loan through decided to call the city for 'zoning' requirements of our business we've been running for two years and city came down and threatened to shut our business down! So this actually costed us a lot of money and possible a move in our location!

These people are not knowledgeable, rude, pushy, and very unprofessional. STAY away!

While Colin is great to work with, there are some completely unacceptable lendors that are being used. I'm sure I can speak for most when I say no one likes to be spoken to in a condescending manner, nor would they like to be smarted off to on the phone. I understand that the method used to fund my business is not a conventional way to do things, however, it did seem easy at the time. This does not mean that another company owns me and my business. I would completely stay away from ML Factors if I were anyone looking to be funded. Also, they would need to understand that Funding Merchant is a broker and doesn't directly deal with the funding process. Therefore, there will be a larger amount of the loan taken out to cover their fees. The ACH fee is complete bullcrap. You're telling me that in 2018, no one has figured out a way to automate a withdrawal everyday? Right.....
