I’ve run several projects through these guys for a client and he’s always been happy with the quality and my client keeps reordering. If he’s happy, then I’m happy. My only complaint is that our last order was put in via email with a follow-up voicemail two days before Christmas and had to call and inquire on January 7th to get it processed. May have been the Holiday getting in the way, but I was a bit put-off by the no-reply. I often deal with other printers I’ve found online for various things and these guys are the only ones I’ve found that can do plastic in true spot color at 2x3.5. A few of their competitors didn’t even know what spot color is. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them myself. Terrell T.

This was my first time doing business with Plastek Cards. The initial conversation, customer service, and timing of the order request to the actual delivery was timely and little frustrating with multiple phone calls and emails. I'm not sure if this was because it was the beginning of the year after the Christmas and New Year's Holiday or they was simply busy, but I didn't feel the initial customer service call was very excellent on ensuring I had all my questions and needs satisfied. The customer service was okay, but not over the top to make me feel as a valuable potential customer. But towards the middle of the process once the design process of our business cards started, the process became clearer and the overall experience became more consistent and timely. We ordered full color PVC 30mil Plastic Business Cards with Raised Ink Thermography and they looked great for the overall price compared to other online companies we have been in contact with. We are very satisfied with our order as designed and reviewed. I would definitely be a repeat customer.

I enjoy working with Plastek Cards. They have been nothing but great to me. I had an issue with one job, but they were quick to fix it.....no questions asked! Every other order I have placed, has been top quality. I will definitely continue to use them and would recommend Plastek Cards as a great supplier.

To fellow buyers: Email support was readily available, as inquiries and orders were handled within a timely manner. As a caveat, I must add that their phone support is basically nonexistent. The automated answering service is a loop, as the extensions provided are invalid with the other options endlessly leading back to the start menu. Called at multiple points throughout the day, even leaving a message after business hours without a followup. Persisted despite this disappointment, eventually reaching support online. Looking back, I am very pleased with this decision because the product was well worth the reward. The order arrived within less than one week, courtesy of Fedex ground. The item was securely packaged, and of high quality. To the company: Please improve your phone service: it provides more frustration than gain when buyers cannot reach a representative. This may be accomplished by hiring more employees and updating your extensions. I understand that your sights may be set on reducing costs, but this should never be at the expense of your infrastructure. Emphasize this point strongly because I imagine that few customers would be so patient. With that being said, I look forward to doing business with Plastek again!

A little tough getting things rolling but then a great product

Easy to work with, and delivered a quality product. It did, however, take nearly 3 weeks to arrive from date of order.

Good product that I will use in the future for my organization to get kids to summer camp. The color wasn't as vibrant as I had made it in initial document, and the turnaround time to print wasn't great either (about 3 weeks).

Need to work on packaging because cards came up scratched
