Give Jeff Fulmer a raise! He has gone above and beyond the call of duty

For our first run of member cards, we used a different vendor that was recommended by our point of sale company and we had a horrible experience. We needed a second run of cards sooner than we anticipated thanks to a great response to our customer loyalty program, and I contacted Plastek Cards. Their customer service was fantastic, and we ended up getting a better quality card at a better price. We will definitely be using Plastek Cards again for our loyalty program and when we launch a new gift card program in the next few months.

The rep assisting was very prompt in response with our order. She prepared the information accurately and answered questions promptly. The pricing was fair for the items purchased. We were given a ship date and who to contact if any questions.

My company places many large orders with Plastek Cards monthly and the service along with products are always wonderful. The staff is always very helpful especially since I am always in a hurry for an answer. Jennifer H, has done a terrific job helping manage all the orders we place! Thank you!

Adriana Santana is the best! I would highly recommend her assistance if you ever find yourself in need of quick and professional card services....

Each time we need to produce gift card, membership card or any other similar card we contact Cindy at Plastek Cards. We find the pricing to always be lower than the compitition and she is great to work with. Our cards are always produced and shipped in a timely manner. We are happy with the product each time it arrives.

We are ASI and PPAI certified as a promotional vendor reseller. We do a large volume of products on a monthly basis and are often solicited by various plastic companies. I have tried a few other companies but do come back to PlaskTek Cards because of the service & the relationship I have with my rep Coleen Bistor. I enjoy working with her, she is very professional & has a sense of humor

Plastek has become an important partner of ours. They provide innovative plastic solutions for our clients and are always willing to go the extra mile. Even if that means trying something new. They rarely say no - and I am always surprised by the ingenuity and quality we get for the price. Plus our account rep Sage is the man! -Woo Creative
