I had a great experience with Adraina, my sales rep. All communication was in a timely fashion and professional. The company sent me an email when my order was being shipped with a tracking number. The quality of the cards I now have started to use is good. I have received compliments from customers. I would order from Plastek cards again.

This is my 2nd time printing membership cards with Plastek Cards Inc. And I returned because I was satified the first time. My only challenge was I wanted the cards glossy on the front and matte finish on the back, This is not a possible selection online. Once I contacted customer service they guided me through what to chose and where to make notes for clarification.
