I've ordered 2-3 times from Plastek cards. Setup is pretty easy, if you have questions, customer service is very helpful. Items I've received are quality items with exact specifications requested. My only complaint, and probably not a necessary one, is turn-around time may be a little slower than expected, but certainly not unreasonable.

Ordered loyalty cards twice. Service was excellent. Planning to order more.

Received my cards today. They look awesome and feel awesome. Thanks to Cindy for helping me with all the options and taking the time to explain how certain options work together. I love them and will definitely use Plastek for all my future plastic card projects and my clients' needs. My only reservation is the lead time. Note to future customers, plan, plan, plan. Dont try and do anything last minute or in a short window. Ordered 250QTY and it took 23days (17 biz days) from order to delivery. The expedite fee was nearly as much as the order to reduce production ~5days so I didn't opt for that. Let me restate so you don't think I'm being unfair, my cards are awesome, are exactly what I was expecting, AND I would recommend Plastek for sure; I just wish production window was shorter.

Plastek Cards is very easy to work with. I have checked with other companies and Plastek Card's beats other companies prices! I work with Cindy and she is very helpful and very quick in her responses!

This is the 2nd time we've used Plastek Cards. Both times we placed an order everything went smooth and easy. I initially contacted them via their website then a rep contacted me right away. I told our rep which card we wanted, our rep. explained the process to me and what was required on my part. Via email we provided the art, item #, desired quantities, and shipping address; credit card info. was provided by phone. After we received and approved the proof, our client received their cards one day ahead of expected delivery and are very please with the cards. I'm sure they will re-order. We will use Plastek Cards again. Thank you Sage!
