We purchased a plant but it wasn’t doing well it didn’t make it I contacted plants4home they were great they replaced it with a new one it is doing great they are great customer service

Superb packaging, healthy, happy plants!
Plants arrived quickly after shipping and the packaging was superb. Healthy, happy plants. Excellent customer service too. Quick reply to my inquiries along with some professional advice. 5 star experience!

Scam
Scam. Scam. Scam. I don’t think they even have any of the plants this company is claiming to have. What a waste of time, money and energy. Now I have to work with PayPal to get my money back. Learn from my experience and don’t buy from them.

This review is inaccurate. The order in question was processed, shipped, and delivered. We take accusations like this seriously. Never Ever will I buy from them again
Wow, NEVER-EVER again will I order from them! ZERO communication EXCEPT that they got my order. I reached out to them 3 times over the course of 6 weeks for a status update and NOTHING! I finally got American Express to investigate and made a claim. Within 36 hours American Express reversed the charges and got my money back. Still ZERO communication from plants4home with any apology or explanation! Buyer Beware

Great and responsive company
Andrea assisted me with ordering questions to assure I ordered the right plants. Plants came all packaged well, healthy, and ready to plant. I will order from this company again.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered plants in March and still trying to get a response, nothing! No response no anything. Don't waste your time or money.

Wonderful company
Wonderful company. The plants were shipped well protected and beautiful. They always answere all my questions in a timely manner via text and were always kind and considerate. Will definitely order again!
