The toilet paper is fine
The toilet paper is fine, but not worth the $60 they are now charging for it. Also, they have implemented AI, which shockingly, is useless and frustrating to use. It couldn't process that i wanted to skip my next order. So instead, I canceled my subscription. As previously stated, it's become too expensive anyway.

We want to be transparent: the SMS assistant isn’t something we built ourselves – it’s a feature offered through our subscription platform integration. Also, the term “AI” is used very loosely for chat bot. It has a limited capacity. This isn’t a “human-like” AI model making independent decisions or having open-ended conversations. It operates within very basic, pre-set parameters and can only handle simple, structured actions (like skipping an order, updating frequency, or sending reminders). It does not have broad reasoning abilities, independent thought, or access beyond what we deem necessary to process basic account requests. Using SMS helps us respond faster to straightforward requests while keeping our operations sustainable. That said, it’s only used in this narrow channel (SMS only) and for very specific functions. You’re always welcome to log into your account directly to make changes, or email us anytime if you prefer not to use the SMS assistant. We’d be happy to assist you! Regarding pricing, while we know our rolls aren't the cheapest out there, our pricing is an honest reflection of what it costs to keep trees in the ground, plastic out of our supply chain and chemicals out of bodies and the environment.
