Slow dispatch
Update: 17 days from ordering until fulfilment. The plants arrived the next day after receiving a DHL notification. All plants were healthy, as described, as pictured on the website and very well packaged. A potential five star company letdown by lack of communication and slow dispatch. Abysmal. No contact from seller. No delivery details received. No answer from WhatsApp messages. No answer on phone line. No returned call from messages left on answering machine. Trust Pilot poor reviews. Instagram not up to date. Facebook abandoned.
