★☆☆☆☆ — BUYER BEWARE! No Plants, No Refund, and Endless Broken Promises! I strongly recommend staying away from PlantClearance.com. My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible, and I would never recommend doing business with them. On July 24, 2026, I ordered four bougainvillea plants for $347.00. After placing my order, I realized there was no shipping information provided. On July 29, I contacted the company asking when I could expect delivery. On July 30, George responded that he was trying to locate a truck to deliver the plants and assured me they would arrive the following week. They never arrived. On August 15, I contacted George again. He once again promised that the plants would be delivered the following week. Another broken promise. By September 16, nearly two months after placing my order, I had had enough. I emailed the company to cancel my order and requested a full refund of $347.00. After receiving no refund, I followed up again on September 24, informing them that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. George responded by asking whether I still wanted the plants. I made it perfectly clear that I wanted my money back. That same day, he confirmed that he would issue a credit. Today is October 20 — nearly THREE MONTHS after my original purchase — and I have received NEITHER the plants NOR my $347 refund! This has been an exhausting experience filled with empty promises, repeated follow-ups, and absolutely no accountability. I have been more than patient, but at this point, I feel completely misled and cheated. In my experience, this company has demonstrated that its promises cannot be trusted. Taking a customer's money, failing to deliver the merchandise, and then failing to issue a promised refund is completely unacceptable. My advice: RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Buy your plants locally from a reputable nursery where you can actually see what you're purchasing and know you'll receive it. I would give PlantClearance.com ZERO STARS if that were an option. This has been nothing but a frustrating waste of time and money.

Suffered the same intentional fraud as other reviewers. Placed an order, got confirmation, never received a shipping notice or the plants. Months passed. We then requested a refund multiple times by email and phone (always went to voicemail). Finally got an email response from "George." A string of absurd excuses and promises to mail a check followed (lol). Guess what never came in the mail? Fortunately, we were at the tail end of our window to reverse the credit card charge. Ignore the prices, they're not real. Do not buy!

I put in an order for a full grown tree for a client and when I was done I realized I had put in my address not the clients. I messaged them right away and explained the autofill mistake. They said no worries they woukd fix it but did not and a week later left the tree on my driveway. 3 weeks later they are still gaslighting me that they are going to move it over to the client's house. Every week its "next week for sure". Meanwhile my client doesn't have their expensive tree and I have a giant tree in my driveway for 3 weeks.

I was extremely disappointed with my order from plantclearance.com. I received an Azalea that arrived severely stressed and completely dehydrated. I reached out to their customer service team expecting a replacement or a refund for the plant, but their only response was to "just water it." For the price paid, I expected a healthy plant, not a resuscitation project. Telling a customer to water a plant that arrived in this condition is a complete brush-off. Save your money and buy from a nursery that actually stands behind the quality of their plants. I won’t be shopping here again and neither should you.

Ordering plants from this website was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The company does not deliver according to the timelines on their website, greatly delaying my project, then the company simply forgot a plant and their customer service rep (owner?) George said sorry bud, not my problem. You'll get the plant whenever it is convenient for me. Weeks passed and I had been lied to several times about a delivery date. Their company is horribly run, takes no accountability for mistakes, and does not care about the customer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

This company wasted my time, tied up my money, and showed zero professionalism. No updates, no transparency, and then a sudden, outrageous delivery demand. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid PlantClearance.com at all costs. There are plenty of reputable plant retailers out there—this is not one of them.

If I could have left a -5 star review, that would still not describe how bad this company is at communication and customer service. We have waited 2 months for getting on their delivery schedule since we are slightly outside of their "standard" delivery area. We finally had to cancel our order through our credit card company. We wish we would have read the reviews here for the company before we purchased. They have a lot of unhappy customers talking about poor communication and low-quality products.
