Hi Hayley, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced and for any delay in responding to your request — this is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We recently completed a major system update at that time, and in that transition, a few users did encounter temporary issues with document downloads. This has since been fully resolved. Regarding your feedback about UK spelling — thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are actively improving localization options, and your input helps us prioritize these updates. We absolutely want to make this right for you. If you haven’t yet received a response, please reach out again to support email/contact, and we will prioritize your refund or provide you with the correct document as you prefer. Thank you again for your feedback — we take it seriously and are committed to improving from it. Kind regards, The AIGenerator.com team (formerly Plannit.ai)

Hi April, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize that you didn’t receive a timely response to your support request — that is not the level of service we strive to provide. The display issue you described was an incident for specific Chrome version 132.0.6834.110/111 which was released in late January 2025, and it has since been addressed in an update. We’d love to help you complete your business plan and ensure you get the most from the platform. We’ve recently rebranded as AIGenerator.com, and now offer an even more powerful suite of tools — including a complete Business Plan and full Financials Plan available for FREE. Your openness to reconsider means a lot to us, and we hope you’ll give the improved experience another try. Kind regards, The AIGenerator.com Team (formerly Plannit.ai)

Barbara, Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. At the time you encountered these issues (December 2024), we were in the middle of scheduled maintenance and system upgrades. An appropriate error message was displayed during this period, but we completely understand the frustration this may have caused. We also reached out and requested your account details so we could intervene and resolve the situation promptly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, which limited our ability to assist further at that time. We take all feedback seriously and have since made significant improvements to the platform’s stability and performance. We’d love to offer you the opportunity to experience the fully updated version of AIGenerator.com, where you can now create complete Business Plans and Financial Plans for free, alongside a full suite of AI-powered business tools. If you’d like to give it another try, our team would be happy to assist personally — just contact us at [email protected] Kind regards, The AIGenerator.com Team (formerly Plannit.ai)
