The diet plan is easy to understand and effective. The plan itself is filled with valuable Keto knowledge and insights. Really worth the experience and money spent. It is not difficult compared to other Diet plan website. One has to start and maintain a keto diet after giving Planketogenic a try. I can see good result so far within a couple of days if you strictly adhere to the plan. I hope there will be more keto related products soon to compliment the diet plan for even better result! Highly recommended especially when the customer service team is so helpful in supporting me.

Have been using their custom plans for a while now and have no complaints so far. Maybe adding some more options to the quiz? Whatever the case, my keto diet seems to be moving in the right way.

Plan Ketogenic has helped make my aim of living a healthier lifestyle and reaching my target weight so much easier. The meal plan helps make grocery shopping so simple and I love all the delicious keto-friendly meal choice options. I have discovered loads of new recipes and already feel a lot closer to reaching that happier, healthier version of me!

After testing 1000 diets websites this one is my favourite. Thank you Jane for your private nutrition consultation, very helpful.

Been trying to start on keto dieting but I’ve struggled with food prep and staying on course. Glad to have found Plan Ketogenic. The recipes are easy and I get constant novelty + optimised nutrition. Best purchase I’ve made this year. Added on the fitness plan and now I can do everything while staying home.

I got my diet fast and easy. Highly recommended. I lost the weight I needed in no time.

I have been trying this diet a few weeks ago and the results are being very encouraging. The recipes are very easy to follow and there are multiple options with products that I really like.
