November 2021 ... I have been a client of Placement.com for four months. I find the seminars, coaching staff, and overall program content most helpful. I use to send 60 resumes out only to receive one reply. However, now that I have my process is more refined, I receive invitations for telephone interviews one in 40 resumes I send out. I owe much of my success to my coach, Jolie, for her personal coaching. Joe G

There are three basic aspects of a job search: searching, applying (resume, cover letter, and application), and, of course, interviewing for roles. I signed a contract with Placement for the second and third reasons, in that order. My coach not only gave me the necessary tools, but they held me accountable to utilize them. This what what I needed: a 'friend' who could motivate me, improve my resume, and prep me for interviews. The only con is that there is no graduation in their percentage asked for (i.e. entry levels and senior roles are both charged the same amount).

This is a great service for anyone looking for professional advice on how to stand out among other candidates applying for the same job as you! They also do a great job helping structure your pitch during the interview.
