PlacementReviews of placement.com

I had the chance to work with James and he was more that I had expected to receive from a coach. He is very versed in his field, understands unique situations, and most importantly goes above and beyond. I was able to land a position at the company I wanted to work for and I credit a lot of success to James for his advice, expertise, and dedication to helping me succeed. Would use again and recommend to all my peers!

I had been searching for a job for 6 months, 1st round interviewed at 200+ roles and made it to the final round for 60. Maybe ten of those, I was excited for but did not get an offer. After those 6 months, I broke down and bought a membership to Placement.com. My career coach and the placement platform really helped me to zero in on where I was presenting myself poorly and I improved my interview technique. Within 5 weeks, I was able to get a role at a company that I was very excited for.

James is amazing! I was looking to transition into a fully remote job, which I had not been able to manage on my own. With James' expert guidance, I was able to quickly land a position and accepted a great offer. I truly don't believe I would be in this great place without his help!

My experience with Placement was incredibly positive and helpful. My job coach was outstanding and I had access to more resources than I initially anticipated. I would highly recommend this service.

Thank you, Jolie!

James and Mark are amazing. I got into FAANG with help and guidance from them. If you want to go into top tech company, placement is the way.

Placements products lineup was most useful for me during the initial stages of my search. They have helpful guides, a great search tool for reviewing job postings, regularly scheduled webinars, and a nice kanban style board to keep track of where you are at in each role you apply. The company was making changes during the time I actively used them so there were a few hiccups but overall Placement itself was a solid 4 stars in my experience. What kicked my review up to 5 stars was my coach at Placement, James. I opted to work with James Conti 1:1 and he was incredibly helpful. I was feeling pretty unsure of my direction and strengths when I started and through our discussions he helped me narrow my focus and find that confidence again. I had a very wordy resume that he helped me shorten and modernize, and which I now feel not only appropriately displays my work history but also reflects my out-of-the-box entrepreneurial spirit. James is a great communicator, a true coach, and is generous with his time. (Thank you James!) I am happy to report that I did accept an offer to join a great organization that I couldn't be more thrilled about joining. I'm very pleased that gave Placement a try and connected with James - it made a huge difference in my search.

I worked with James Conti, and he did a fantastic job of helping me with my job search. From making a good resume, cover letter, github etc, to interview prep to narrowing my job search focus to offer, James helped so much! I am so happy with what I have been able to accomplish with James’s help! I got an offer I could never have dreamed at the start of my job search process, and it was thanks to James’s wonderful coaching and placement’s great app interface! Couldn’t be happier!
