Scam !!!! Never received anything! I don’t understand why tictok has this in their streams!

If I could do a negative -5 stars I would . This is definitely a scam ! And shouldn’t be able to advertise on TikTok as well. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. Like the others I had lengthy update tracking system going but nothing matched up to what was actually happening. Especially when it came to delivery time. They said someone has to sign for my order which is why I didn’t receive it then it updated to delivered .. & without a signature ? They couldn’t tell me who was delivering it as in the carrier so I could just go pick it up . Just a whole scam!!!!!!!!! SCAMMMMM!!!

Scam. I have been given the run around from fake daily updates since ordering on June 27, 2026 to saying it was delivered today with no one home. I have cameras all over my property and motion sensors camera as well at front door. Was home all day. Customer service gives you the run around in the chat form. Will be reaching out to my lending institution for refund. Do Not Order Any Thing From Pixeolane

I should have came here first because every review here is what I’ve experienced. I filled a dispute with my credit card company and I planned to file a complaint with the states AG and any other place I can file a complaint. It’s really sad and hurtful and I want my money back and the company held responsible for their illegal activities.
