I have been waiting on my products since September 6 as of October 19 they tell me my product was delivered and no refund and this company is a fraud. Please don’t buy anything from this company. They fraud me out of my money.

This site Is a scam I ordered back n june n got nothing no reply nothing. Won't answer emails. They dont even deserve 1 star. This site is a piece of s.... . N makes a living stealing peoples money.

they are scammers and liars. I ordered 2 of those portable large tablet screens and its all a load of crap. 1st they said their truck broke down undeliverable. 2 they said my house was undeliverable location blocked. 3 they are having operational disruptions. 4. Customs 5 operational disruptions again 6. opened up a case file. 7. marked as delivered LIE!!!!!!

Ordered a Pixolane tv kept trying to track with help@ supportcare.com both are scams they keep saying itwas delivered but they can't find it then they stop answering emails I'll never order on tictok again

You guys delivery suck so bad that it doesn't make any sense this is my second time getting taking advantage of with this carrier company and something needs to be done about it i see so many people like myself having the same problem and sometimes needs to be done about it this should not be happening with people hard earned money i will contact the better business bureau i had a enough of the bull crap

Total scammers. I can’t find where they charged my card but keep getting these crazy package tracking emails then I respond about them being scammers and they have response emails apologizing but never receive product..

I made a purchase 9/3. I received a message that an attempt was made for delivery. Twice. Not true, someone is always home. Then another message that they had the wrong entry code. THERE IS NO ENTRY CODE. Complete scam!!
