Although I've had no issues with streaming games, I subscribed Dwcember 12, 2024, because in their advertisement they showed a casting button and it was really important for me to have this function to cast from my phone to my tv. Once I got the service, there was no cast button. I reached out to them through their chat service, and I was told they were having issues with the cast button. After three weeks of service, I still can't cast to my tv, so I'm stuck watching the game from my phone. I reached out through their chat service numerous times during the three weeks and I was just told the same thing, they need more time. In the end, it appears they don't know how to fix it, so if you need the cast button, use a different service provider. I will not subscribe again

between 3 and 4 stars. attractive price, only sport channels, but streaming breaks frequently.

Representative was friendly and quickly resolved the issue. They are having issues with Canadian service and gave a temporary complementary subscription in the meantime
