Pixel Logo Design has contacted me about a logo I purchased nearly 7 years ago which has my name and logo which I own the copyright. My business name is also registered locally and federally so I wasn't that worried. I thought this was scam because they were going through the text and not email. Then I called the phone number on the website to confirm which they did say yes and pulled up my information. It was a pretty elaborate scam but clearly, one designed to make you panic and send them money.

This company probably was purchased by someone else. They did a Logo design like 6 years ago, then they were reliable. Now they have been reaching out trying to scare me that someone wants to trademark my company name. Wich is not possible.

TLDR: They will attempt to scam/steal money from you, even years after you hire them. ---- I hired Pixels Logo Design to create a logo for a business venture I was a part of nearly 3 years ago. This month I started receiving emails and phone calls from them warning that someone else was interested in my business name and logo, and if I didn't trademark my name and logo through Pixels, they would sell the name and logo to the 'other party'. When I talked to their 'legal department' on the phone, a very unprofessional person accused me of being stupid, not understanding how business works and told me that he couldn't understand how I could have made such a grave error in the first place by not trademarking the name or logo. I said that they have no right to take a logo that I paid for and resell it to someone else, to which he replied that I never owned the logo, that it belongs to Pixels Logo. It's clear to me what they are trying to do. They plant fear and panic and pretend to be on your side and give you every chance to 'save your business' by registering the name/logo with them. Let's be clear, nobody is actually trying to take my logo (the domain I let lapse hasn't even been purchased) and all these folks are trying to do is take your money. And honestly, the logo they sold me years ago was very subpar to begin with. When I told the man from 'legal' on the phone that I know nobody wants the logo anyways, and that I had no intention of trademarking it with them, he said 'We have this on recording, so you cannot do anything about it now'. He realized he wasn't going to make a sale out of me and ended the call. These folks offered a cheap option for getting a logo created, but let me tell you--they'll try and get extra money from you no matter what. It seems this is a way for them to make much more money than they ever did on cheap logos, on existing 'clients'. Avoid this company like the plague.

This is a SCAM!!!! I paid $349 because they said someone in North Carolina wanted to trademark our name, that legal action will be taken and that I will lose my name. Then they say the minimum is $1,050 and they just want to keep extorting. Be ware of Hazel Wilson legal “advisor” It’s all a huge scam to steal people’s money.

Total Scam Extortionist. NEVER EVER SEND YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS. I paid them to do a couple of logos, one was my name, and they then proceeded to extort money saying they had someone else that wanted to trademark my name. Such a joke and weak foreigners. The Federal Trade Commission needs to shut these scammers down from scamming U.S citizens.

Tried to extort me for a service I didn't want and they do not work with the government. They do not have a true legal department they are a bunch of scammers. Beware of this company. They use to make you a logo on time but now it's all a scam they are not who they can be. They will contact you from fake number as well so do not do business with these middle eastern scammers

Paid over a £1000 for website and Logo the only thing I got out of that was the logo. They disappeared the UK side must have changed their name and the American side knows about the dubious frauds I got in touch with them and the first excuse they gave me was if you stay for more than 3 months without logging in to your account they will suspend it. Then I said it wasn't the case I was waiting for you to put my website live after approving the corrections and he said he will look into their server of which I never heard from him again. His American phone number is active on what's app but he won't reply my messages.

Absolute nightmare run away do not buy Horrific experience. Where do I start. 1. They trade as pixelslogodesigndotcom which is a US site and pixelslogodotcodotuk which is a UK site, read the bad reviews on the UK website and bad reviews on the US site before you read the good ones, because in my opinion the good ones are bought reviews. 2. I paid £500 for custom website,with ownership rights and an online booking system. 4 months later after relentless emails I finally recieve a sub standard not even a minimum viable product, with no ownership rights to the domain depsite purchasing full ownership rights and no online booking system, also they installed themselves as master admin by putting in a random email address 'jakobaillot40atgxyzdot-com' they ignored my requests to remove it, they ignored my requests for my money back. The website was not what I was led to believe I had purchased and they did not fulfill the items that I bought. 3. When I raised a charge back ( refund) through Paypal they locked me out of the website. My password is now invalid I have no access to the website I paid £500 to be built. 4. They recently used my name in their marketing emails to a customer showing them the website they locked me out of to solicit new business, this potential customer approached me to ask for my personal review of Pixels Logo and this is how I found out they had breached my data protection rights under GDPR. 5. They no longer respond to any emails. 6. Read the bad reviews before you read the good reviews which in my opinion are most likely paid for. I wish I had done better due diligence before I purchased their services. 7. Absolutely run away quickly is my advice. There are better companies out there just do your due diligence dont end up like the rest of us leaving bad reviews! 8. Their UK linkedin business page has a fake UK business address and postcode. I reported this to Action Fraud. 9. They say they are based in the UK but they are not and refuse to admit where they are based. 10. They use your data for marketing and breach GDPR because they dont tell you that they are going to do this. Also they dont send you an invoice, neither do they send you any terms and conditions and when you email them to request all these items they ignore you, and make up the terms and conditions to suit them so you have no leg to stand on. 11. Just do yourself a favour and stay away, this company doesnt have any business ethics whatsoever and is highly uprofessional. 12. I agree with what the other bad reviews are saying that this company is doing. 13. Please report this company to Action Fraud/Police and Trading Standards as well as the Information Commisioners Office to protect yourself and others. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade.
