the design was nothing like we requested after going back and forth for days, decided this was not the right company for the design. company canceled our order and stated we would be credited 200.00. it has been over a month and everytime i call or email they advise me its been canceled but will not show me proof of refund because it has not been refunded!. i would not use this company. now its 2/83 and still no call back, left reviews on bbb called and emailed for refund. no response.

I bought the package that says I would get some extra stuffs besides the Logo...as such: Free Business Card design, Free Icon, Free Invoice Design, etc. After the 48 hours, as promised, we've got the fist issuing with the same type of logos you can find on free logo creators in the web, same images, colors etc. Nothing special at all. At the end, after 6 or 7 revisions and absolutely no efforts from their end to create something nice and unique, I've created the logo and they only put in the right format, extensions, etc. Then I started claiming the rest of the package, no answer. I insisted and they called me saying I had already gotten all I had bought. Double checked again to make sure I had to right of receiving more stuffs and sent an email on 11/8th. So far no answer,,,,Heads up: if you want something simple, do it yourself using free logo/design creators in the web.

This company should be banned from operating, they only good for one thing; asking for money. the logo they provided was ok but the website was rubbish, we had to spend a huge amount of time and money to get it fixed and we may have to redo it again because they just used a template and adjusted it for our content. They put the site live and it was full of problems; they copy content from our competitors and used in our site. We also contracted them to do our brochure, this was a really a joke, i wish i can publish this brochure, a 10 year old can do much better. My advice to you, DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Worst Company EVER. Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Never ever going to do business again with Pixels. Steve is very RUDE. After buying 5 logos you would think I would receive better customer service but just the opposite. Please do NOT use this company. HORRIBLE!!!!

consider saving your money, time and a lot of headache by choosing a better company. They lie: they are not in Torrance, CA like they claim to be They lie: they do NOT build custom websites like they promise (they use templates and modify content from other websites - complete joke) They lie: they will stop calling you back and stop answering the phones the moment you express your dissatisfaction. they lie: they will NOT go live with your project on the promised date - our site wasn't ready until 6 months after.... we started using a local developer as soon as this project went sideways, but kept the pressure on them to see how long it will take to finish what we paid for. They delivered an incomplete website 6 yes, SIX months after it was promised! a complete joke. their IP address returns an apartment on top of a Pizza Hut in Pakistan. I kid you not. look it up.
