When it comes to simpler trades, like gold or items that are simple exchanges, it's much more black and white and are easily refunded within 24 hours. We hope you're able to see this from our point of view, as any other site would have most likely kept your money and sided with the seller entirely, as he did in fact deliver on his end. We like to take a more personal approach, as each case can have its own set of factors that need to be looked at by people who have personal experience in the buying/selling of virtual games, which helps them better understand the circumstances.

We are sorry that you feel you were "scammed". Unfortunately, scamming means you lost the product and your money. Neither of these happened, as you used the product and were still issued a full refund for the purchase. You opened a PayPal dispute less than 24 hours after you created a ticket, not allowing even a full day for a response from us. We serve customers all over the world, so time zone differences can be a major factor in delayed responses.
