It hasn't given me any problems over many months of usage and given that I use an RO filter, there's no need to replace the unit's filter. I liked it enough that I bought another one. It would be nice on the pitcher model if there was a button that would turn on magnetic water feature and then go into the H2 Water Higher or Standard settings. I forget about it sometimes and think my water is done only to remember that I hadn’t started the H2 feature yet.

Your system actually works and is easy to use. I tried another brand and was not happy with it at all. I've been using Piurify for over a month and it has performed flawlessly. My wife was so impressed that she bought one as well.
