⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing products and even better customer service! I purchased two pieces of equipment from Piurify, and after 2–3 years, one of the pitchers stopped working. I went to their website, sent an email, and called customer service. Within just 1–2 hours, I already had people helping me — Dianna by email and John over the phone. I was blown away by how fast, professional, and kind they were. After a brief explanation and sending a video of the issue, they immediately shipped me a replacement pitcher. Thank you so much for the amazing service! Great products, but even better customer service. You guys have definitely won a customer for life!

I’ve been using my PIURIFY unit for a few weeks now and so far I really like it. It’s simple to use and has worked great for my daily routine. My only complaint is that the battery charge doesn’t seem to last very long, but honestly, that’s not a big deal to me. One thing I’ve noticed since I started using it is that the pain I normally have in my hip has been getting noticeably less. Is that because of the hydrogen water? I can’t say for sure—maybe it’s just a coincidence—but it’s something I’ve definitely noticed. Overall, I’m very happy with the unit so far and I’m glad I bought it.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad your PIURIFY unit is easy to use and fits well into your daily routine. It’s good to hear you’ve been feeling better, though we can’t confirm whether that’s related to the hydrogen water. We also appreciate your feedback about the battery. Please reach out to our support team so we can check whether the runtime is what we’d expect for your model and help if needed.
