Your customer service person answered all of my questions about the technical aspects that I didn’t understand and help me feel more confident about the benefit of your product making me less skeptical about it being a scam. The product is of good quality and I am satisfied with the way it is made. Fatigue and low energy levels can be caused by a variety of diseases for which hydrogen water may have no affect, so make sure you understand that before buying the product. I have found no research or studies that show a benefit, but that doesn't mean it will not work for you. Medical science has not studied a lot of things that seem to help people. I guess there is no money in it. You also need to be aware of the placebo effect which makes one feel better just because one is taking or doing something different. Researchers, for example, have to allow for about 5-10 percent for imaginary benefits when testing a new drug. Having said all that, I seem to feel better on the days I drink this water than on the days I don't and I do not regret my purchase. So, I am satisfied with the product and the way it is made although I still have a lot of fatigue.
