I paid $75 in shipping … but it hasn’t arrived…,I would have given you zero if I could… please advise … I’ve lived in Hawaii for 40 years.. My biggest problem with your design is while pouring water the filter falls out leaving a mess.

White particles began to appear in my water after four uses. I followed cleaning directions but the problem continued. Only automated responses that took days from Piurify, no help at all. So I tried their discount on filters that came with my water pitcher and they were not valid. Thanks to Amazon i was able to return the product. I really wish it worked. I’m now looking into other company’s for this product.

It leaked and stopped working in 3 months! Was sent a second one and the same thing happened! As a result I have to replace my kitchen counter top. The water leaked into a seam.
