Instructions of use are simple and understandable
First off it is pleasantly attractive. The instructions are understandable. Ease of use and has a cleaning cycle to use once a week with filtered water and a 1 to 2 parts vinegar and water cycle for cleaning once each month. Rechargeable battery is strong. PPB is certified. Absolutely nothing to dislike including warranty. Customer interaction is reported as impeccable. I am sold. Hands down top shelf. I use distilled water infused with trace mineral drops for optimum use of this wonderful flask. Customer interaction is definitely impeccable as I just received a quick response regarding a question of restocking.
