I cancelled the order and now I’m receiving a notification that my order has shipped. Horrible and unresponsive service. This whole hydrogen water is a scam. Give me my money back and cancel the order. Will report to BBB because that’s how much this product and company is shit. UPDATE TO THE POOR REPLY BY CUSTOMER SERVICE: This so called “oversight” is a good example of intentional tactics used by scam artists on the internet to get people to keep their order. I can’t wait to report your company to the BBB, Dunn and Bradstreet and file a complaint with my creditor. Have fun.
