My Alchemy water purifier is a great product and one that I depend upon daily for great tasting and clean drinking water. After my machine developed a small problem, I had some reservations about how long I'd be without purified water. I probably caused the problem using cleaning solution near the rubber washers that seal the pitcher to the motor. Over time, this may have caused the washers to not seal properly. I contacted Piurify Customer Service and explained my dilemma and asked if I could purchase a new pitcher or replacement washers. Photos were sent and after a very quick review, I received a no-cost resolution in warp speed time. Mark, with Customer Service was very responsive and understanding and I received a package the next day. The Piurify Alchemy is a great product that I can't live without, but the streamlined Customer Service process (Mark) is also a great product. It's rare these days to receive such high-quality post-purchase product support. The Piurify Alchemy is WELL worth the money for the return of daily clean and crisp tasting drinking water as well as the reduction of plastic bottles in the landfill reducing pollution in our environment. I've tried multiple water purifying products through the years, but the Piurify Alchemy is hands down a superior product in the market if you are seeking clean and crisp drinking water for minimal cost.

Love your products but wish your website would remember my cookie preferences. Leans towards attempting to continue capturing marketing information to sell. Saying NO one time should be respected. Please know you are not the only site that does that. AND, it is very sad that it takes a law to get people to do what is right.

Great Product! I have had to use DMSO 4 to 5 times a week till i starting drinking this hydrogenated water and now I only need it as is bc it has taken away a lot of inflammation i have, like arthritis and degenerative disc disease.

The customer service rep was really responsive and helpful. The product arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion. Really enjoying the hydrogen water pitcher and feel its been great for hydration and seems to have helped my knee aches lessen/go away. Enjoying this product.
